The RØDECaster Pro II allows you to connect a smartphone either wirelessly via Bluetooth or using a USB connection. Both methods allow you to route your smartphone audio to its own mixer channel.
Option 1: Connect via Bluetooth (Recommended for Phone Calls)
Pair your smartphone with the RØDECaster Pro II using Bluetooth and assign the Bluetooth input to one of the available channels.
Option 2: Connect via USB
Connect your smartphone to the USB 2 port on the rear of the RØDECaster Pro II, then assign the USB 2 input to its own mixer channel.
For iPhones with a Lightning connector, use one of the following MFi-certified cables:
USB connections can still be used with compatible apps such as video conferencing, recording and live streaming applications that support external USB audio devices.
