To revert back to stable firmware, you will need to factory reset your device using the latest version of RØDECaster App using the steps below:
- First ensure that the 'Beta Mode' has been disabled on your RØDECaster Pro II/Duo. Please follow this article for that process:
How can I access Beta firmware on the RØDECaster Pro II/ Duo - Download and install the RØDECaster App.
- Open the RØDECaster App and connect your RØDECaster to your computer via USB.
- Your RØDECaster should appear on the left column and click it.
- Click the settings cog in the top right of the window, then click the ‘Factory Reset’ option. You will be prompted to disconnect all RØDE devices from your computer. Disconnect, then reconnect and turn on your RØDECaster.
- Once you restart your RØDECaster, you can select 'Factory Reset' to reinstall the most recent firmware on your device.
