How to setup with Zoom/ MS Teams with the Wireless GO II on a computer

This article explains how to use the Wireless GO II as a microphone for video calls on a computer, including setup for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Connecting the Wireless GO II

1. Connect the Wireless GO II receiver (RX) to your computer using a USB-C cable.
2. Set the RX to Merge mode by pressing and holding the dB and 1/2 buttons until only one audio meter is shown on the screen.

Setting Up in Zoom

1. Open Zoom and go to Settings.
2. Select Audio.
3. Set the microphone to Wireless GO II RX.
4. Set the speaker output to your computer speakers.

Setting Up in Microsoft Teams

1. Open Microsoft Teams and go to Settings.
2. Select Devices.
3. Set the microphone to Wireless GO II RX.
4. Set the speaker output to your computer speakers.

Additional Information

• The same setup applies to other video conferencing applications.
• Once configured, the Wireless GO II can be used as your primary microphone for calls.
