This article explains how to use the Wireless GO II as a microphone for video calls on a computer, including setup for Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Connecting the Wireless GO II
- Connect the Wireless GO II receiver (RX) to your computer using a USB-C cable.
- Set the RX to Merge mode by pressing and holding the dB and 1/2 buttons until only one audio meter is shown on the screen.

Setting Up in Zoom
- Open Zoom and go to Settings.
- Select Audio.
- Set the microphone to Wireless GO II RX.
- Set the speaker output to your computer speakers.
Setting Up in Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and go to Settings.
- Select Devices.
- Set the microphone to Wireless GO II RX.
- Set the speaker output to your computer speakers.
Ensure you select the Wireless GO II as the microphone input only, not as the speaker output.
Additional Information
- The same setup applies to other video conferencing applications.
- Once configured, the Wireless GO II can be used as your primary microphone for calls.
