Once your product has been registered:
- Sign in to your RØDE account
- Navigate to My Products
- Locate your registered Wireless PRO or Wireless GO (3rd Gen) device
- Select the specific TX or RX unit
- Open the Spare Parts section
- View and purchase the available spare parts for your device
Order Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order has been finalised, tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
