When it comes to using USB audio interfaces, Mac computers have a limitation.
Unlike PCs, Macs do not allow you to adjust the input level of USB audio interfaces within the Mac sound settings.
That means if you are using a RØDE USB Audio Interface (such as the RØDECaster series) with your Mac, you won't be able to adjust the input volume directly through the Mac sound settings.
Instead, you will need to adjust the levels on your interface accordingly.
For further options, you will need to use third party software to adjust the overall input level of the interface to your Mac computer.
