If you're having issues not able to adjust the monitor output of the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo, we will explore why this issue may occur and how to resolve it.
One possible reason why you cannot control the monitor output is that the "Fixed Output Level" setting is activated. This will deactivate the monitor output level control.
To check if this is the case, you need to navigate to the settings menu on your RØDECaster Pro II/ Duo.
- Navigate to the Settings menu
- Choose 'Outputs'.
- Select 'Monitor'.
- Here, you can find the option to turn off the 'Fixed Output Level' setting.
When the monitor Fixed Output Level is active, the main rotary dial on your RØDECaster device will appear in a white or grey colour. In this state, you will not be able to manually control the monitor level from the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo.
