Both the RØDECaster Pro II and RØDECaster Duo are designed to work well with a variety of headphones, but it is important to note that they are specifically optimized for headphones with an impedance of up to 300 ohms.
Headphones with a lower impedance or higher sensitivity, such as in-ear monitors (IEMs), may experience more self-noise when used with the RØDECaster Pro II and RØDECaster Duo. In these cases, we'd recommend adjusting the Headphone Output to 'High Sensitivity'.
- Open RØDE Central on a computer.
- Go to 'Settings'
- Select 'Device Configuration'.
- In the Device Configuration menu, choose 'Outputs'.
- Select your Headphone port and enable 'High Sensitivity'.
