Compatible Headphones for RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo

The RØDECaster Pro II and RØDECaster Duo are designed to work with a wide range of headphones and are optimised for models with an impedance of up to 300 ohms.

Important considerations:

  • Low-impedance or high-sensitivity headphones (such as IEMs) may introduce audible self-noise.
  • For these headphones, enabling High Sensitivity mode is recommended.
  • If using RØDE NTH-100 or NTH-50 headphones, use the dedicated NTH-100 headphone setting.

Enable High Sensitivity Mode

  1. Open the RØDECaster App on your computer.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Select Device Configuration.

  1. Select Outputs.
  2. Choose your Headphone output.
  3. Enable High Sensitivity.

Tip:

  • Use High Sensitivity for IEMs or very sensitive headphones.
  • Use the NTH-100 preset for RØDE NTH-series headphones to achieve optimal performance.
