- First ensure that your Wireless RX is running the latest firmware. You can check and update the firmware using the RØDE Central App, which helps maintain compatibility and fixes any bugs that might be causing detection problems.

- For users with an iPhone 14 or earlier models with a Lightning port, it is important to note that you will need to connect the Wireless RX to your iPhone using an MFI-certified cable. Examples of such cables include the SC15 or SC19. These cables are specifically designed to work seamlessly with Apple devices and ensure proper communication between your microphone and iPhone.

- For iPhone 15 and newer models, connecting is easier. These iPhones have a USB-C port, so you can connect the Wireless RX directly with a USB-C to USB-C cable—no adapters or MFI certification needed.
- If you are using the original Wireless GO kit, you'll will need an official Apple USB-C/ Lightning to 3.5mm adapter to connect your RX to your iPhone along with a SC4 or SC7 adapter.

- Navigate to your iPhone’s Settings menu.
- From there, go to Sounds and Haptics, then select Input.
