If your RØDE Wireless TX or RX isn't charging properly, follow these steps to fix it and keep your device performing well.
- First, ensure your unit has the latest firmware via the RØDE Central app, as updates often fix charging issues.
- Try charging with a different USB power source and cable to rule out faulty equipment.
- Charge for at least two hours to allow the battery to accumulate power.
- To turn on the device, hold the 'Ø' button for 3–5 seconds.
- If stuck in bootloader mode after a firmware update, hold the 'Ø' button for 15–20 seconds to restart normally.
- Run a diagnostic test using the RØDE Central app to identify any hardware or software problems affecting charging.
