This article explains how to run a diagnostic test on RØDE Wireless Series devices using the RØDE Central desktop app.

Running a Diagnostic Test
- Connect your Wireless device directly to your computer (PC or Mac).
- Open the RØDE Central desktop app.
- Select your Wireless device from the top of the screen.
- Navigate to the Device tab.
- Under Diagnostics, click Run.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the test.
Diagnostics can help identify hardware faults, connection issues, and compatibility problems.
Please note: During the diagnostic test, you'll be prompted to disconnect RØDE Device, This is to ensure the correct RØDE device is being diagnosed. You'll then be instructed to reconnect the device.
