To keep your RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo up-to-date with the latest features and fixes, it's important to update the firmware. If your device freezes during the update, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Power cycle the RØDECaster and leave the power cable disconnected for 30 seconds.
2. Reconnect the power cable and turn the RØDECaster back on.
3. Once on the main page, go to Settings > System > Network.
4. Enable the mobile hotspot on your mobile device.
5. Select your mobile hotspot network on the RØDECaster.
6. Retry the update.
7. After the update, reconnect to your regular network.
