Depending on the Wireless Series IV transmitter (TX) you are using, it is possible to record audio directly on the transmitter without needing the receiver (RX).
What Are Wireless Series IV products? These are the latest versions of products in our Wireless Series range such as the Wireless GO II, Wireless GO (3rd Gen), Wireless ME, Wireless PRO and Interview PRO
The following transmitters support onboard recording, allowing them to function as standalone microphones:
- Wireless GO II TX
- Wireless GO (3rd Gen) TX
- Wireless PRO TX
- Interview PRO
When powered on, these transmitters can record audio directly to their internal memory. The recorded files can later be accessed and exported using the RØDE Central desktop application.
Please note:
- This feature is not available on the original Wireless GO or Wireless ME.
