The thermometer icon on the Wireless receiver indicates that the device is operating above its recommended temperature range.
If this icon appears while using or charging the receiver, follow the steps below:
Allow the unit to cool down
- Disconnect the receiver from its charging source.
- Leave the device powered off for approximately 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, try charging again using a different USB cable and power source.
Avoid heat exposure
- Keep the receiver away from direct sunlight or other heat sources.
- Ensure adequate airflow around the device while charging or operating.
Run a diagnostic test
- Connect the receiver to a computer and perform a diagnostic check using RØDE Central .
