Please Note: Some RØDE products with USB connections, such as the NT-USB, Wireless GO, and RØDECaster Pro, are not compatible with the RØDE Central software.

- USB hubs might interfere with the communication between the hardware and software.
- If you can, test the RØDE product on another computer to check if the problem continues.
- Use a different USB cable to connect the RØDE product to the computer. Sometimes, cables can be damaged or not completely connected to the USB port, leading to detection issues.
