In some situations, performing a factory reset on your RØDE product may be necessary to resolve issues or restore the device to its original settings. This can be done easily using the RØDE Central desktop application on a Mac or Windows computer.

How to Factory Reset Your RØDE Product
- Open the RØDE Central application on your computer.
- Connect your RØDE product to the computer using a USB cable.
- Select the Device icon within the application.
- In the Device Details section, select the Factory Reset option.
Please note:
- If you are resetting a RØDE wireless transmitter that contains onboard/internal recordings, we recommend backing up the recordings to your computer first.
- A factory reset will delete any onboard/internal recordings stored on the device.
- The reset will restore the product to its original factory settings.
- After the reset is complete, you may need to reconfigure your preferred settings.
- Follow the on-screen prompts until the reset process is completed.
