In certain situations, a factory reset of a RØDE product may be necessary. You can perform this task conveniently by using the RØDE Central desktop app on a PC or Mac.
Here are the steps to factory reset your product:
- Open the RØDE Central app on your computer.
- Select the "Settings" icon located in the top right corner of the App window.
- Choose the "Factory reset" option.
- Connect your RØDE Product to your computer.
- Follow the on-screen prompts until your RØDE Product is successfully reset.
Please note: A factory reset will restore the product to its original factory settings. After the reset, it's important to readjust the settings according to your preferences.
