In certain situations, a factory reset of a RØDE product may be necessary. You can perform this task conveniently by using the RØDE Central desktop app on a PC or Mac.
RØDE Central: You can download the latest RØDE Central desktop app from here.
Here's the steps to factory reset your product:
- Open the RØDE Central app on your computer.
- Connect your RØDE Product.
- Select the "Device" icon

Under the Device Details section, Select the "Factory Reset" option
Please note: Before factory resetting a RØDE wireless transmitter that has onboard/internal recordings, we'd suggest backing up the recordings onto a computer as a factory reset will delete onboard/internal recordings.
A factory reset will restore the product to its original factory settings. After the reset, it's important to readjust the settings according to your preferences.
- Follow the on-screen prompts until your RØDE Product is successfully reset.
