Register your RØDE product for warranty to access the extended coverage for many RØDE products.
RØDE Product Terms and Warranty Duration
Please note: RØDE accessories such as the PSA1+ are subject to one-year coverage, and therefore, extended warranty registration through our portal is not available. It's advisable to retain your proof of purchase, at least until the warranty period has expired.
- Visit our warranty portal at https://account.rode.com and log in or create an account
- Select the specific RØDE product from the list on the left
You will be prompted to locate and enter the serial number from your RØDE product, with a diagram indicating the serial number's placement on the product or box.
- Click 'Register'. Fill out the form with the details of your RØDE reseller from your region and upload your valid proof of purchase document: What is a valid Proof of Purchase?
- Once the form is completed, select 'Complete Registration'.
Your RØDE product is now successfully registered. You can refer back to the record any time and submit additional registrations to your account as required. Should you have encountered any problems during this process, please refer to the articles below prior to contacting our support team.

Why is My RØDE Product Already Registered?
Please be aware that RØDE may not accept any warranty repair without the original proof of purchase of the RØDE product from an authorised retailer or without the registration of the RØDE product during the warranty period.
