RØDE product serial numbers cannot be searched from the Help Centre. If you are looking to register a product, check your warranty status or manage your registered products, use the RØDE Account Portal.
Manage Your Product Registration
- Open the RØDE Account Portal.
- Sign in to your RØDE account or create one if required.
- Enter your product serial number to register your product or view your existing registrations.
Serial Number Format
Most RØDE product serial numbers begin with two letters followed by seven numbers.
For example:
- GV1234567
Please note: Serial numbers cannot be used to search for Help Centre articles. They are only used for product registration, warranty management and product identification.
