If you no longer own a product or wish to remove it from your warranty account, you can easily remove the registration through your RØDE account portal.
Removing a Registered Product
- Visit the RØDE Account Portal and sign in to your account.

Select My Products from the navigation menu at the top of the page.
- Scroll down until you locate the product you would like to remove.

Select Remove Registration.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Once removed, the product will no longer be associated with your RØDE account and will no longer appear in your registered products list.
Please note: Removing a product registration only removes the product from your RØDE account. It does not transfer the warranty to another user or affect the original proof of purchase. If you accidentally remove a product, you can register it again at any time using the product serial number and proof of purchase.
