When registering your RØDE product, you may see a message indicating that it has already been registered. This typically means either the product has been registered previously by another user, or it is already linked to your RØDE account.
Common Reasons
- Second-hand purchase – The product may still be registered under the previous owner's account.
- Already registered by you – The product may have already been added to your account during a previous registration.
If the Product is Second-Hand
If you purchased the product second-hand, the original owner will need to remove it from their account before it can be registered again.
- Contact the seller.
- Ask them to remove the product from their RØDE account portal.
- If they are unable to do this, ask them to contact RØDE Service for assistance.
- Product removeable from account can only be done from the account holder.
If the Product Was Purchased New
If the product was purchased brand new, it may already be registered under your account.
- Log in to your RØDE account.
- Navigate to the My Products section.
- Check if the product is already listed.
