All RØDE products (excluding software) are covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. For selected products, this warranty can be extended to either two (2) years, five (5) years or ten (10) years from the date of purchase, depending on the product.
RØDE Product Terms and Warranty Duration
To be eligible for the extension of the warranty, the original purchaser must register the purchase of their product online at https://account.rode.com with a valid proof of purchase document.
For the RØDE M1 live dynamic, NTH-100 headphones, NTH-50 headphones and RØDE Classic II (Limited Edition) microphone only, this warranty can be extended to the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase.
How to Register your RØDE Product for Warranty
Transferring RØDE Product Warranty to a New Owner
The warranty exclusively applies to RØDE products purchased brand-new, from authorised RØDE dealers.
The warranty covers only defects which have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship in the RØDE product, and is limited to the cost of parts and labour required for the proper repair of the RØDE product. In its sole discretion, in circumstances where a proper repair of the RØDE product is not possible or feasible, RØDE may replace the RØDE product with a new RØDE product of the same model. If the RØDE product cannot be repaired and is no longer available, RØDE will, at its sole discretion, offer replacement with a product of similar specification and/or value.
