You can transfer the remaining warranty of your RØDE product to a new owner through a straightforward process as outlined below:
- Ensure that both the original owner and the new owner have registered accounts on our warranty portal including the original valid proof of purchase uploaded at this link here.
- The original owner will need to email our support team at info@rode.com from the email that the product(s) are currently registered under, and include the following details:
- RØDE Product Model
- Serial number(s) including the letter prefixes (e.g., GE0000000)
- The email of the new customer you would like to transfer the warranty to.
- Upon receipt of this information, we will transfer the current warranty to the new owner.
If you are the new owner of the RØDE product, and you wish to have the warranty transferred, you will need to contact the seller and ask them to reach out to us directly.
Please be aware that this transfer of warranty and ownership does not extend or restart the warranty period.
