How to Update the Firmware on the RØDECaster Video Core

Keeping your RØDECaster Video Core firmware up to date ensures your device has the latest features, improvements, and stability updates.

Update Firmware Using the RØDECaster App

  1. Open the RØDECaster App on your computer.
  2. Connect your RØDECaster Video Core to the computer using USB 1.
RØDECaster App: You can download the latest RØDECaster App from here.
  1. If a firmware update is available, a red arrow will appear in the app indicating that an update can be installed.

  1. Click the red arrow.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the firmware update.
