No, the Streamer X does not support UVC USB webcams via its USB-C ports.
The USB-C ports are designed for:
- Connecting to a computer
- Connecting compatible RØDE USB microphones
- Limited mobile device audio connectivity
They do not accept video input from USB webcams.
For video input, the Streamer X requires an HDMI connection.
If you want to use a webcam or camera, it must have an HDMI output and connect directly to the HDMI IN port on the Streamer X.
HDMI is the only supported method for video input on this device.
