Managing your CallMe subscription for the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo is a straightforward process that can be done easily online.
To access your subscription management options, you will need to navigate to the RØDE Warranty Portal where you will find a dedicated section for CallMe.
Once you enter the RØDE CallMe tab within the warranty portal, you will be presented with a clear overview of all the devices you have registered. This view provides you with detailed information about the subscriptions associated with each device.
In addition to viewing your subscriptions, the portal also offers the functionality to self-manage these subscriptions. This means that you can easily upgrade or adjust your subscription with just a click of a button.
How to Refresh your RØDECaster License.
After you make any changes on the accounts' portal, you want to either reboot your unit or refresh your license. You'd want to ensure you're connected to the internet when you do this.
- First choose your call me channel, and select "CallMe Configuration".
- Next, select the "Upgrade" Button.

Here you can "Check for License" which should refresh your unit to reflect the license you're subscribed to.
