You can manage your CallMe subscription for the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo online through your RØDE account.
To access your subscription settings, sign in to the RØDE Warranty Portal and open the CallMe section.
In the CallMe tab, you will see all registered devices and their associated subscriptions. From here, you can view, upgrade, or modify your subscription as needed.
How to refresh your CallMe licence on your RØDECaster
After making changes in the portal, you will need to refresh the licence on your device. Ensure the unit is connected to the internet before proceeding. You can either reboot the device or manually check for the updated licence as shown below.
- Select your CallMe channel on the RØDECaster, then open CallMe Configuration.
- Select the Upgrade button.
- Choose Check for Licence to refresh the device and apply your current subscription.
