The Streamer X supports the following video resolutions:
- 4K at 30fps
- 1440p at 60fps
- 1080p at 120fps
- 1080p at 60fps (HDR)
While the Streamer X can capture up to 4K, your final stream resolution may be limited by external factors such as your internet speed and the streaming platform being used.

Optimising Your Setup
To achieve your desired resolution and frame rate, ensure that every part of your setup supports the required specifications.
Hardware and Cables
- Use an HDMI 2.0 cable (HDMI 1.4 does not support 4K)
- Connect your source device to HDMI IN (not HDMI THRU)
- Use the supplied USB-C SuperSpeed cable directly to your computer (avoid hubs)
Note:
- The Streamer X supports up to 4K at 30fps capture
- 4K 60fps input will be downscaled during capture
