As a host utilizing the CallME feature on either the RØDECaster Pro II or the RØDECaster Duo, you might find it necessary to manage the audio processing settings specifically for your guest's audio. This functionality allows you to have greater control over the sound quality and overall listening experience during your recordings or live broadcasts.
- Enabling or disabling audio processing affects how your guest's voice is captured. Enabling it can enhances clarity, reduces background noise, and balances audio levels, which is useful in noisy environments.
- Disabling audio processing might be preferred to maintain the original sound or when audio quality is already acceptable.
By default, this will be turned off, however, you can enable processing by pressing the square button above your corresponding fader to enter the CallME menu.
Once in the CallME menu, select processing at the top right, and press the 'Processing' button to toggle it on or off.
