The RØDECaster Video allows you to pair a Bluetooth device so you can stream audio directly into your production. This is ideal for playing music, sound effects, remote audio or other media from a compatible mobile device.
Add the Bluetooth Audio Source
Before pairing a device, the Bluetooth audio source must be added to your RØDECaster Video project.

Pair a Bluetooth Device
- Select the Bluetooth audio source.
- Tap the Settings (cog) icon.
- The RØDECaster Video will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device.
- Select the option to pair a new Bluetooth device.
- Select RØDECaster Video from the list of available devices.
- Wait for the pairing process to complete.
Tip: Once paired, audio from your Bluetooth device will be routed directly into the Bluetooth audio channel on the RØDECaster Video, making it available for recordings and live streams.
Please note: Only one Bluetooth audio device can be connected at a time. If another device is already paired, disconnect it before pairing a new one.
