This article explains how to adjust the audio mix of the Streamer X using the RØDECaster App, allowing you to control which audio sources are included in your stream and headphone outputs.
Accessing Streamer X Audio Settings
- Connect the Streamer X to your computer using a USB cable.
- Open the RØDECaster App.
- Select the Streamer X from the left-hand panel.
- Navigate to the Audio Setup section.

In this section, you can adjust how different audio sources are routed to your stream and headphone outputs.
Adjusting the Audio Mix
- Stream mix (left faders): Controls what audio is sent to your stream output.
- Headphone mix (right faders): Controls what you hear in your headphones.
- Lower a fader to reduce or remove that audio source from the selected mix.
Adjust your stream and headphone mixes independently to optimise what your audience hears versus your personal monitoring.
