If you observe that both of your Wireless GO II transmitters are linked to the same channel on the receiver, it may indicate an issue with the audio routing. However, there is a solution to address this situation:
- Firstly, make sure you're using the latest version of the RØDE Central desktop app on a Mac or PC.
- Open the RØDE Central application on your computer.

Begin by plugging each Wireless GO II unit one at a time and running the Diagnostics tool on each Wireless GO II unit, allowing it to complete the process.

RØDE Central OS Requirements
- Mac: MacOS 11 or later.
- Windows: Windows 10 Version 1803 or later.

- Once done, disconnect the units.
- Connect the first TX unit to the computer and perform a factory reset by selecting "Factory Reset" in the 'Device Details' section.
- After the reset is completed, run the diagnostics tool once again.
- Similarly, plug in the second TX unit and perform a factory reset. Once the reset is done, run the diagnostics tool again.
- After both TX units have been factory reset, proceed to perform the standard pairing process.

These steps should help resolve the issue of both transmitters being paired to the same channel on the Wireless GO II receiver.
