If both Wireless GO II transmitters (TX) appear on the same channel of the receiver (RX), this usually indicates an audio routing or configuration issue. The steps below can help resolve the problem.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Ensure you are using the latest version of the RØDE Central desktop application on Mac or Windows.
- Open the RØDE Central application on your computer.
- Connect each Wireless GO II unit to your computer one at a time.
- Navigate to the Device tab in RØDE Central.
- Run the Diagnostics Tool for the connected device and allow it to complete.

Factory Reset the Transmitters
- Disconnect all Wireless GO II units from the computer.
- Connect the first transmitter (TX) to the computer.
- In the Device Details section, select Factory Reset.
- After the reset completes, run the Diagnostics Tool again.
- Repeat the same process for the second transmitter:
- Perform a Factory Reset
- Run the Diagnostics Tool again
Re-Pair the Transmitters
- After resetting both transmitters, perform the standard pairing process with the receiver.
