During troubleshooting, a member of the RØDE Service team may request detailed information about your computer’s hardware and operating system. This information helps us diagnose and investigate product-related issues more effectively.
Follow the instructions below to generate and share your system information.
Windows 10 / 11
- Press Windows Key + Q, then type System Information.
- Open System Information from the search results.
- Select File > Save to save your system profile.
- The file may be large. To compress it, right-click the file and select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
macOS
- Open System Information from Applications > Utilities.
- The application will display detailed information about your Mac.
- Select File > Save… to export your system profile (.spx file).
- The exported file may be large. To compress it, control-click (right-click) the file and select Compress.
Send the File to Support
Once compressed, reply to your support ticket and attach the zipped system profile so our Service team can continue investigating your case.
