When sending RØDE products to the Service Center for a service after receiving an RMA number, it is essential for customers in both Australia and the United States to be aware of the expected service times.
Once a product is received and processed, customers should allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for the item to be inspected by our dedicated service team.
Please note: Courier delays may occur, especially during public holidays or natural disasters, affecting delivery times to and from the Service Center. While we aim for quick repairs, we ask customers to be patient and understanding of these possible delays.
