First, ensure your RØDE serial number is correct. RØDE serial numbers usually start with two letters followed by seven digits, like "GV1234567." Double-check your product’s serial number carefully.

The RØDE product maybe already registered. Check your RØDE Warranty account to see if the product is listed under the "My Products" tab in your account. Also, check if your RØDE product is registered under a different email address.
- If you bought the product second-hand, the previous owner might still have it registered under their account. Ask them to remove it from their account before you register it under your account.
