Yes, the Lightning Wireless Micro can be used with USB-C devices when using a compatible adapter.
Using the official Apple USB-C to Lightning adapter will allow you to connect the receiver to USB-C devices.
Using Third-Party Adapters
- Compatibility with third-party adapters is not guaranteed
- The adapter must support data transfer, not just charging
- Look for adapters labelled OTG (On-The-Go)
Important:
- Charge-only adapters will not transmit audio
- Ensure the adapter supports data and sync functionality
Alternative: Direct Connect (iPhone / iPad)
If you are using a USB-C iPhone or iPad, you can alternatively use Direct Connect on the RØDE Capture app to connect the Wireless Micro transmitter via Bluetooth, without using the receiver.
- Ensure your Wireless Micro is updated to the latest firmware
- Set up Direct Connect using the RØDE Capture app
