If your Wireless Micro transmitter isn't charging, there are a couple of common issues to consider.
- First, make sure to remove the plastic film from the back of the Wireless Micro when you first use it. This film can prevent the transmitter from making proper contact with the Wireless Micro charging case, thereby hindering the charging process.
- This film to prevent the discharge of the transmitters during shipping
- Additionally, it's essential to use a reliable USB charger for charging the Wireless Micro. Using an inferior or incompatible charger can lead to insufficient power delivery, resulting in charging failures.
- Ensure the Wireless Micro is on the latest firmware from RØDE Central desktop app or RØDE Central mobile app.
