How to pair the CRX to the Wireless Micro Transmitters
- Confirm that both the CRX and the Wireless Micro transmitters are updated to at least version 2.0.3 using RØDE Central.
- This ensures compatibility and optimal performance.
RØDE Central: You can download the latest RØDE Central desktop app from here.
- For the initial setup, keep the Wireless Micro transmitters inside their case.
- This helps prevent any accidental pairing before you’re ready.
- Turn on the CRX by pressing and holding the power button until the device powers on.
- A solid green LED confirms the CRX is active and ready.
- Press and hold the right button on the CRX marked with the ‘∞’ symbol to enter pairing mode.
- Continue holding the button until the blue LED begins strobing from left to right.
- This indicates the CRX is now in pairing mode.
- Remove one transmitter from its case and place it close to the CRX.
- Wait for the green LED to illuminate on the left side of the CRX.
- This confirms the transmitter has successfully paired.
- Repeat the same process to pair the second transmitter.
- Both transmitters will now be connected to the CRX.
You have now paired the Wireless Micro Transmitter(s) with the Wireless Micro Camera Receiver and are ready to transmit audio to a camera.
