The "Unsupported Resolution" message on the RØDECaster Video can be frustrating when uploading media in RØDECaster app. This means the file doesn't meet the resolution requirements.
To avoid this, ensure your videos or images resolution are formatted to 1920x1080 pixels, the standard for high-definition content.
Supported formats include PNG and JPEG for images, and WAV and MP3 for audio, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. MP4 video files are also compatible.
