To perform a forced reset on the NT-USB Mini, follow these steps:
- First, ensure that the latest verison or RØDE Central is downloaded to your computer.
RØDE Central: You can download the latest RØDE Central desktop app from here.
- Ensure the NT-USB Mini is completely disconnected from the computer.
- Set the dial of the NT-USB Mini to the maximum position (5 o'clock) and press and hold down the dial/button.
- While still holding down the dial/button, connect the USB cable from the computer to the NT-USB Mini. Continue holding down the dial/button. After approximately seven seconds, the Headphones Symbol light on the NT-USB Mini should begin flashing.
- Launch RØDE Central and the software will prompt you to update the firmware of the NT-USB Mini. Follow the prompts to apply the latest firmware update and observe that it initially recognises the NT-USB Mini as version 1.0.0
After the update is completed, your NT-USB Mini should be working to specification.
