Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Your satisfaction is our priority, however during high order volumes, expect possible delays in processing and shipping.

Lost Shipments
RØDE is not liable for shipments lost in transit.
If your order status is 'Delivered', please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as 'Delivered' before they’re dropped off.
If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Service team and we will attempt to locate your package.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
RØDE does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will be notified by email with the tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If after this time you have not received your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@rode.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
