Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Your satisfaction is our priority, however during high order volumes, expect possible delays in processing and shipping.

RØDE does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will be notified by email with the tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If after this time you have not received your shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@rode.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that RØDE does not take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply to international orders. As outlined in our terms & conditions, it is essential to note that certain regions may impose what could be perceived as excessive duty charges. We highly recommend conducting research on the nature of duties and taxes in your specific region before making a purchase from our store.
RØDE Return and Refund Policy
RØDE will not accept any returns or exchanges of any items ordered by a customer except where the item ordered is faulty or not as ordered.
Faulty and/or Damaged Goods
Please note that RØDE is not responsible for any products that may be damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, we kindly request that you contact the shipment carrier or reach out to our support team directly to initiate a claim. For a successful claim, it's important to keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods intact. Your cooperation in this matter will help us resolve the issue promptly. We value your satisfaction and will do our best to assist you through the claims process.
To return an item which is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, the customer must submit a contact form, email or call RØDE to request a Return Authorization (“RA”). Upon review, RØDE will respond to the request via email with an RA number or with an explanation for the refusal of an RA number. No return will be accepted without an RA number. Returns for goods that were not as described must be returned in unused and original condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that were not as ordered more than thirty (30) days from the date of original shipment. RØDE will determine the destination for any return. All returns, where the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly fulfilled, will be shipped at the expense of RØDE.
Where products have been returned to RØDE in accordance with any Return Authorisation, then RØDE shall in its sole discretion provide the customer with a replacement of the item at issue, a repair of the item at issue, a credit against future orders made by the customer, or a refund of the full purchase price of the item at issue.
Shipping is complimentary on any replacement item, but the customer shall be responsible for any duty and tax payable on shipping the replacement item to any destination outside of Australia.
RØDE reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
