- Ensure that the supplied USB cable is used and is securely connected to both the microphone and your computer. Try using a different USB port directly on your computer to rule out any port-related or USB hub issues.
- Try to connect the USB microphone to another computer or device to see if it works there. If it does, the issue might be specific to your computer.
- Make sure you have the latest OS updates for your computer.
- If you're using Windows 10/11, open the Device Manager on your computer and look for any unrecognized or disabled devices. If you see your USB microphone listed with a yellow exclamation mark or as an unrecognized device, right-click on it and select "Update Driver" or "Enable" to see if that resolves the issue.
