- Most smartphones and tablets do not provide enough power to fully support the NT1 5th Generation.
- As a result, the microphone may not operate as expected when connected directly.
- If you experience issues, we recommend using a USB dongle or camera expansion adapter that allows both the microphone and an external power source to be connected at the same time.

Using RØDE Central with the NT1 5th Generation
- Input gain and audio processing for the NT1 5th Generation can be adjusted using RØDE Central (desktop version).
- These controls are not available in the mobile version of the RØDE Central app.
- To access and configure these settings, you will need to connect the microphone to a desktop computer first.
Once configured on a desktop computer, the NT1 5th Generation can then be used with a compatible mobile setup that provides sufficient power.
