In some cases, the LPA1 may not be parallel to the desk when initially installed. This can often be resolved by ensuring that the two parts of the desk clamp are tightened securely.
Firstly, ensure that the desk clamp is secured to your desk by turning the bottom screw of the clamp anti-clockwise.
Next, ensure that the desk clamp is secured to your LPA1 by turning the top part of the desk clamp clockwise.
Ensuring that these two points are securely tightened will resolve issues with the LPA1 in most cases
