If your Wireless Micro transmitter is not charging, there are a few common causes to check.
Check for Protective Film
When using your Wireless Micro for the first time, ensure that the protective plastic film has been removed from the back of the transmitter.
- This film can prevent proper contact with the charging case
- If left on, the transmitter may not charge at all
- This film is applied to prevent battery discharge during shipping
Use a Suitable Power Source
- Use a reliable USB power adapter
- Avoid low-quality or charge-only USB sources
- Insufficient power delivery can prevent proper charging
Update Firmware
- Ensure your Wireless Micro is running the latest firmware
- Update via the RØDE Central desktop or mobile app
