The NT-USB and NT-USB+ microphone is equipped with two dials that control the headphone mix and headphone volume.
The headphone mix top dial lets you blend the sound of your computer with the sound of your voice, so you can monitor your audio in real-time while recording or streaming.
The bottom headphone volume dial, on the other hand, allows you to increase or decrease the volume of the headphones to a comfortable level.
To adjust the microphone volume on your computer or mobile device, you can use the recording or streaming software to control the gain.
