How to Pair a Second Transmitter to the Wireless ME Receiver

A feature of the Wireless ME receiver (RX) is its ability to pair with a second RØDE Series IV transmitter, such as the Wireless ME, Wireless GO II, Wireless PRO and Interview PRO.

To achieve this with another second RØDE Series IV transmitter, follow the steps outlined below:

Using the RØDE Central Desktop App:

1. Open the RØDE Central Desktop app on a computer.
2. Connect the Wireless ME directly to the computer.
3. Turn on the RØDE Transmitter you wish to pair with the RX.
4. Select the "Wireless ME RX" on the top left.
5. Choose the "Pair" option on the TX1 or TX2 channel.
6. The Wireless ME RX connectivity indicator should blink, indicating it's in pairing mode.
7. Press the 'Ø' on the RØDE Transmitter, and the units will pair.

Using the RØDE Central Mobile App:

1. Open the RØDE Central app on a mobile device.
2. Connect the Wireless ME directly to the mobile device via a USB cable.
3. Turn on the RØDE Transmitter you wish to pair with the RX.
4. Select the "Pair" option on the TX1 or TX2 channel.
5. The Wireless ME RX connectivity indicator should blink, indicating it's in pairing mode.
6. Press the 'Ø' on the RØDE Transmitter, and the units will pair.
