If you are experiencing audio issues with the NTH-100 and not receiving sound on both sides or intermittent audio, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure that you are using the correct side of the cable for the headphones and the audio source.
- The 3.5mm side connecting to the headphones should have a black plastic locking mechanism
- The other 3.5mm side connecting to the audio source has gold threads for the included 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter.
If the issue persists, try swapping the cable to the other side of the headphones and retesting.
If using the 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter to connect the headphones to a mixer, make sure the cable is securely connected to both the adapter and the mixer.
By confirming the correct cable connections and ensuring a secure fit with the adapter, you should be able to resolve any issues with audio playback on both sides of the NTH-100 headphones.
