Certain cameras are equipped with specialized TC-IN connectors, typically in the form of 3.5mm/2.5mm TRS, LEMO or BNC connectors, designed to facilitate the reception of timecode signals from external devices, such as the Wireless PRO.
To ascertain whether your camera is equipped with one of these dedicated ports, we recommend consulting the camera's operational manual or contacting the camera manufacturer's customer service.
Typically, dedicated Timecode ports are BNC connectors, as is the case with the Canon EOS R5C. Once you have procured a 3rd party 3.5mm TRS to BNC cable for timecode purposes, you will be able to establish a timecode connection from the Wireless PRO RX's 3.5mm port.
To ensure optimal synchronization, it is imperative to configure the Wireless PRO in timecode mode 5 and increase the output gain level on the Wireless PRO RX.
